Delivery Methods

 

In Romania, delivery is carried out by:

  1. The Ecolet network. Duration: 1 day if the order is placed by 3:00 PM. Cost: 22 lei.

  2. Personal pick-up from our office in Pitești, Str. Florilor no. 8.

The delivery time is 1-2 business days and may be extended in case of courier company issues (floods, snow, accidents, etc.).

Our site operators receive orders from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. You can select products and place orders at any time, but outside of this timeframe, the delivery time will be calculated from the next business day.

The delivery times mentioned refer to orders you have chosen to pay for via cash on delivery. If you have chosen another payment method—online card, bank transfer, installment payment—the delivery time may change depending on when the payment is registered.


 

Return Policy

 

Courier delivery is carried out by courier companies, agreed upon by the client, throughout the country. Delivery will be exclusively in Romania in the coverage areas of the courier companies.

You have the right to return products purchased from INSIDE SUPPLIES SRL, Address: Florilor no. 8, Pitesti, Arges county, email: inside_tattoo@yahoo.com. We kindly ask you to state the reasons for the return. A return may be initiated if you believe the products do not conform to the specifications on the website, are damaged, or were delivered incorrectly (not in accordance with the order placed). There are situations where returns are not possible (e.g., special-order products made at the customer’s request cannot be returned).


 

Return Period

 

Electronic products can be returned within 14 days from the time of delivery or pick-up.


 

Exercising the Right to Return

 

The images of the products presented on the site are for presentation purposes and may differ in any way (color, appearance, etc.) from the images of the delivered products, as they may have minor deviations from the photos and descriptions on the site. Any difference between the presentation image of the products on this site and the image of the products supplied should not be considered defects. The manual finishing process, applied to all our products, can result in variations in the color and finish of the final product. We also note that the metal may show color variations from one batch to another. These variations cannot be considered defects and are not covered by the standard warranty for our products. F.D. Stil assumes no responsibility for any differences, especially for products purchased at different times.

If you wish to return products, you must inform us of your decision within the period mentioned above, using a clear statement, for example, by email. For this purpose, you can use the attached withdrawal model (Annex 1). You can also complete and submit the standard withdrawal form or any other clear statement electronically to inside_tattoo@yahoo.com. If you use this option, we will email you a confirmation of receipt of the return request. Please send the products by courier or hand them in directly at the address: Florilor no. 8, Pitesti, Arges county, tel: 0737661859, accompanied by the corresponding fiscal receipt, without undue delay, and in any case, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the time of delivery or pick-up.


 

Returning Products

 

The products you return must be in the same condition as you received them. Products that have been tampered with are not accepted. The return must include all documents with which the product was delivered. If the products to be returned were accompanied by any accessories or gifts, these must also be returned. The refund for the value of the returned products can be:

  • A refund of the amount paid at the time of purchase, or

  • A product replacement for a new order.

If you choose to return the products, we will refund any amount we have received from you, provided the returned product meets the return conditions. The refund will be made to the account you specify in the return form or to the card if you paid online. The money will be visible in your account or on your card within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date the company received the products. If it is not possible to use the bank account, we will contact you to agree on the refund method. If you request a product replacement, the new order will have a maximum execution time of 2 weeks. If the new order is worth less, we will refund the difference.


 

Consequences of Returning

 

If you ship the products to us, the cost of returning the products will be covered by INSIDE SUPPLIES SRL for products that do not conform to the specifications on the website, are damaged, or were delivered incorrectly (not in accordance with the order placed). For returning products for other reasons, please be aware that you will have to bear the cost of the return. When returning, you are responsible for any decrease in the value of the products resulting from their handling. Direct hand-in at the address: Florilor no. 8, Pitesti, Arges county is free of charge.
